To aid solving any problems that you encounter, you can enable KeeFox logging.

KeeFox will not log your usernames, passwords or other form-based data but the URLs of pages you visit may be recorded. Logs can be written to a variety of destinations, one destination is a file in this location:

[user profile directory]\keefox\log.txt

Find your user profile directory

To enable logging, go to the "Logging" tab in the KeeFox options dialog.
