kklondike: no card under deck when dragging #44

When dragging a card from the deck in kklondike, it looks like there is nothing underneath it until the drag completes. Would be nice to go ahead and show the next card at that point, if a little cheaty. Idk.

I wanted to show a face-down card, but it actually turned out to be quite hard due to the way the stacks are drawn. So I gave up.

I feel like something needs to be shown, though: I panic every time thinking I'm through the deck.
