If you have the plugin called “GeyserBlockJavaPlayers” you will be able to use the syntax to create npcs with customizable sizes and skins like the pocket mine plugin called “slappers”.

Took me a minute to comprehend, but what I assume you mean:

Add a feature that allows creation of customizable NPCs and skins.
