disable inexact name matches

In monorepos, applying a diff to a package could bleed outside the package with similarly named files. I think there's a way to disable this since I just got this warning:

inexact rename detection was skipped due to too many files.
you may want to set your merge.renamelimit variable to at least 1194 and retry the command.
