Devel::Trepan::BWProcessor -- A Bullwinkle-protocol processor for Devel::Trepan

This module adds the ability to speak the Bullwinkle protocol. It is
intended as a more programmer-friendly interface for front-ends
wanting to communicate with the debugger Devel::Trepan.
