Implement japanese translation 190601

Description

Add/update japanese translations about:

• self improvement
• added punch-in punch-out / time-clock mode (added punch-in punch-out / time-clock mode #812)
• improved calendar (Calendar improvements #784)
• allow markdown for customer, project and activity comments (allow markdown for customer, project and activity comments #807)

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)

Checklist
