What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Auto scan for channels
2. Highlight one that you know is on us-hrc frequencies
3. Hit play

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see the channel output on VLC, however nothing shows up not even
a VLC window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.75 on Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Using the hdhomerun_config command line utility to perform a scan I find
the same channels, however they are all us-hrc frequencies. Here's an
example of a found channel on the scan:

SCANNING: 553750000 (us-hrc:79)
LOCK: qam256 (ss=90 snq=100 seq=100)
PROGRAM 10: 0.0

If I put 553750000 in for the channel and 10 for the program, then it works
fine. Seems that it would be better to use the frequency instead of the
channel number for tuning purposes. I don't know the libhdhomerun library
well enough to know if you can use the channel number, but define the
frequency set. I haven't found a way to do it using hdhomerun_config
command line utility other than using the exact frequency.

Same issue on US-BCast channels vis Mt. Lion 10.8

I think the problem is that the Channel and the Program are both "0".
