new version of spack makes key4hep-stack run very slowly

See spack/spack#47888 for an issue with key4hep-stack. Something in the BFS causes the install to hang.

The workaround to get a spack version that will work for key4hep-stack is

git checkout develop .
git checkout cb3d6549c988cb914583e4d220a2d1c0b0aa6ae2^ ./lib/spack/spack
git checkout develop ./lib/spack/spack/util/

Try after spack/spack#48301, merged in upstream develop as spack/spack@e374f8f.

Just to confirm that with the latest spack things are back to normal and the setup script is generated again in a few seconds.
