"Problem: Error: We don't have a key for the requested PGP ops (flags = 4)"
Using kbpgp, I am trying to decrypt a file that someone else encrypted using my public key. I can successfully decrypt this file with GPG Tools on the Mac.
As a test, if I encrypt any file myself using GPG Tools using my public key, I can successfully decrpyt it using my private key/passphrase using kbpgp.
So I dont think the problem has to do with my keys. I'm wondering if it may have something to do with how the 3rd party is encrypting the file with my public key.
Any suggestions?

Anyone know what this error means:
