Hi, treeCL is great, and I use it in a lot of my analyses. I was wondering if it would be possible to implement support for IQ-TREE as a method of generating phylogenies? It is very fast relative to RAxML and produces high quality trees. I think it would speed up the run time overall by a bit while generating accurate trees. Thanks!
