Add support to work with pathPrefix #30

In the gridsome.config.js pathPrefix is used whenever a Gridsome site runs in a subdirectory. Currently this plugin doesn't allow for specifying any other URL to inject in the head other than <root>/file_name.

Would be great if it uses pathPrefix already in the config file.
