The original workflow involved using registration provided through the HCP data release. The current workflow uses a more generally applicable registration via ANTs. While this provided us with a fairly good registration, it can be optimized to be result in more comparable outputs when performed with the HCP registration.

TODO

  • Optimize registration
  • Comparison with current ANTs implementation in v0.1.2
