EGO UI - Provide the ability to close right panel

Request from Vincent.

Please provide the ability to close right panel in EGO UI.
Like in the GDC Submission portal.

So by default when you open EGO, the right panel should not be open.
When user selects an entity, it opens the right panel.
User should be able to close it.
