Collapse search and sort controls when not enough space

^ This should either be

• vertically stacked when not enough width
  or
• shrink search into an icon, when activated, show search input & hide sort dropdown
  or
• Shrink search textbox as much as possible, move "Sort by" label into something that hovers on top of the Select instead of next to it
