Give better error and suggest disabling if 'autoload' plugin not found or a plugin fails to load #188

Step 1: Delete plugins folder.
Step 2: Start DevKit
Step 2.5: Notice the error
Step 3: Fix the error
Step 4: Tell github the error has been fixed, win the lottery, and be happy forever.

Heh heh :)

It gives an error about loading plugins, I think that's a good thing to do? What would you want it to do instead?

I don't want it to give any error, unless I have a solution open that makes use of the plugin. :)
