Description of new feature

First off, a huge thanks for creating SukiUI! This theme is seriously awesome. When I first checked it out, I was blown away - especially by the WaveProgress. I’m pretty sure it’s not something available in Material.Avalonia, and it just looks so cool.

I love how every control in SukiUI feels unique compared to the usual Google Material design, from toggle button to dialog boxes -you’ve nailed it.

That said, there’s one thing I really miss: the ripple effect when clicking buttons. It’s such an iconic part of Material design and gives buttons that nice interactive feel. Any chance this could be added to SukiUI?

Thanks again for all the work you’ve put into this project. Can’t wait to see how it grows!
