It certainly isn't perfect and there's a lot of jank code in this program, especially since I upgraded it to .NET 8 and had to refactor a ton of stuff.

The program does save GIFs and even looped ones correctly (for the most part), but there's some flaw in the logic of the frames that get read and generated, which causes it to take a while to save correctly.

I'll probably keep looking into things, but realistically only the original creator knows the program well enough to fix these issues efficiently.
