Feature request: Shopping lists

It would be very useful to be able to access Mealie shopping lists from the app as well, not only from the web client.

Now the app can list the shopping lists and the list items inside. It can't add/remove new items though, only change the "checked" state. Let's keep the issue open until that is implemented too.

It would also be nice to create a shopping list from the shopping lists tab, especially when no shopping lists are found.

I think, with v0.4.7 released, the shopping lists feature is finally usable. Further improvements can be tracked in separate issues.
