Keep screen on when cooking

When viewing a recipe, it would be very convenient if the screen would remain turned on. The phone should not 'fall asleep', turn to a lockscreen or black screen.

Because when I'm cooking it's very inconvenient to unlock the phone. Swiping, my hands are messy so finger print sensor won´t work, entering PIN or password gets the screen dirty, if you catch my drift ;-)
