请问用脚手架创建的项目怎么解决缓存问题？ #269

据说在 ng build --prod 的时候会自动在修改的文件后面加上hash值可以解决缓存问题，但是我就是这样打包的没有文件没有加上hash，请问一般是怎么解决的？
