Package Install Issues

I am trying to use RIBBIT for frog call detection but I have run into a problem with installing the packages. I got this message when i tried to run the code:

install.versions("seewave", '2.1.6')
Error in download.file(url, file, quiet = TRUE) :
cannot open URL 'https://mran.revolutionanalytics.com/snapshot'
I went to the URL and got a "this site can't be reached" message. I don't know how to resolve this issue and I don't see a URL in the code anywhere that could be replaced if this is simply a case of a broken link. Any help with figuring out how to fix this issue would be appreciated. Thanks!
