Whew. Finally think this one is ready. Also took the liberty on starting to pull out stuff (the context managers) from the kivy-ios file. It's getting a little too large, and I think extracting and isolating concerns can reduce the burden of maintaining it... |

This addresses the pkg_resources bug via setting the correct install prefix for the host python environment.
