add tar.gz/zip to 1.3.0 release on pypi #529

because i erroneously published the 1.3.0 tag with version = 1.3.0-dev0 in __init__.py a pre release has been created on pypi with the wrong version, but the correct filename (https://pypi.org/project/pyjnius/1.3.0.dev0/), so the next release (https://pypi.org/project/pyjnius/1.3.0/) got published with all the wheel files, but the source was rejected because of the filename being already used (https://github.com/kivy/pyjnius/runs/640358170?check_suite_focus=true).

Uploaded the file with twine as 1.3.0.0, which seems to make it part of the 1.3.0 release https://pypi.org/project/pyjnius/1.3.0/#files
which seems to work with

pip install pyjnius==1.3.0 --no-binary=:all:
