Restore WP1 selections for mwoffliner #335

The automated selections for mwoffliner we had at http://download.openzim.org/wp1 are all gone following the problem with Hetzner.

We do not have a backup, because we expected it would be straightforward to regenerate.

Regeneration is however not possible, this is blocked by openzim/wp1_selection_tools#48

I've restored manually the very simple http://download.openzim.org/wp1/frwiki/customs/test.tsv

For others, we probably have to wait for upstream fix ...
