How do I remove the blank pages? #255

There are blanks pages through the pdf document, some examples include:

Between declaration and acknowledgements
Between list of figures and list of tables
Between chapters
Between references and appendix
And many more...

How do I remove all the blank pages? Thanks.

See the README for the one-sided option. Default is for double sided printing.
