The phantomjs:exec goal should failure the build if phantomjs exits abnormally.

When a phantomjs script is executed and exits with a non-zero exit code that should cause the build to fail. There should also be a configuration parameter for ignoring the exit code (which is the current behavior) for those that do not wish to have this functionality.
