UI hangs up when Log source selection is changed #50

When the issue occurs, UI hangs up for about 5-30 seconds. The app won't crash, but the title bar shows (Not Responding) while hanging up.

Repro step is like this:

Choose Application in the drop down
Filter to one event source by right click -> Filter to event source (e.g., Windows Error Reporting)
Scroll to the bottom (or Ctrl-End)
Choose System in the drop down

Observations:

Intermittent issue
It is easier to reproduce when the number of logs is large
It seems to me the issue is prominent after updating to 1.1.2.0 (though I have seen this issue with previous versions too)
