Why

https://www.kmc.gr.jp/members/ に書いてくれる人が少ない
.kmc-profile に書くのは面倒 / 初心者には難しい
部員に関する情報は名簿一か所でまとめたい

What

LDAPにx-kmc-PublicMessage, x-kmc-website, x-kmc-twitter, x-kmc-github, x-kmc-pixivを追加
名簿編集画面に項目追加
www-publicのJenkinsを修正し、LDAPから情報を取得するように変更
