Possible to support multiple projects in the same database?

i think the models are okay, but not sure how big of a change this will be to the views? I remember seeing certain parts of the codes where it's assumed there's only one project -- I think it's the compounds or something like that.

If this can be done, we could have a page that allows different users to upload their data into the system.
