No .MSI / .exe setup file to install on windows 10

OK i have downloaded this program and would like to use it for my 3d Modeling, but there is no setup, exe and or msi to install it? How do i go about getting this program to work??

Its right here on Github. Is there some other program that i need in order to make this program work? I'm used to just having a simple .msi and or .exe file to Install software so forgive me for not knowing 100% sure how to go about getting your software to work.. If ya could enlighten me, it would be greatly appreciated..
