When the config file has a "makeindexcommand" option, the pdfmaker execute this command after the first "texcommand" execution. Users may add a "makeindexoptions" option to the config file. The typical value for the "makeindexcommand" option is "mendex", and the typical value for the "makeindexoptions" option is "-c -g -U".

ありがとうございます。このロジックコードだと、idxとhidxに読みも含めて生のTeXを入れておく、というかんじですかね。 TeXのidx記法で書かれているとIDGXMLなどでちょっと困るという問題があるけど、ビルダ明示指定を入れるのも邪魔そうだしなぁ。 |

makeindexcommandにmendexなどの索引作成コマンドを指定すると、pdfmakerが索引を作成します。コマンドオプションはmakeindexoptionsで指定してください。config.yml の指定例
また、format.md と format.ja.md に idx コマンドと hidx コマンドに関する記述を追加しました。
