TeXクラスファイル提供および切り替え機能は間に合わないので、マイナーアップデートに留めたいと思います。

リリースノート作成

issue/PRで残っているうち、今回のリリースにはどうしようかなというものは次の2つ

表紙・大扉処理分割の titlepage: nullにするとcoverimageによる表紙も入らなくなる #848 / 表紙と大扉を個別挙動にする #863 は入れたかったけど影響が大きそうということで見送り？
footnotemark処理 captionやtable、headline内のfootnote対応 #858 はTeXで組んでる人には待望されるものだろうけれども、今後のクラスファイル提供によってはこうじゃないほうがよい可能性がある？既存ドキュメント群にも大きく影響する可能性は高い。
