Automated continuous testing and nightly releases need to be setup in testgrid

Describe the bug
As per knative/eventing-contrib#1482 we need to make sure camel has continuous testing and nightly releases setup. The release yaml in contrib was removed in: knative/eventin-contrib#1574

Expected behavior
https://testgrid.knative.dev/eventing-camel#Summary&sort-by-flakiness=&width=20 should return a proper dashboard
