Expected Behavior

After standing up a Service in Knative serving we can serve HTTPS through a real domain.

Actual Behavior

Users still need to go through a lot of manual setup steps to achieve that.

Here is the design doc about this feature.

I will break this issue into multiple smaller ones for implementation.
