Publish Example

Hi,

I'm following up after this recently broke in Chrome and was happy to see that you'd committed recently citing a fix for that.

We were using v0.0.7 and I was hoping I could just drop in this latest version as a replacement - but alas it seemed not to work so I referred back to the provided examples for comparison and found that the "Publish" example exhibits the same problem we were getting before.

The error in question is " Failure: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'parse')"

Is this an issue in the example specifically (i.e the example needs updating) or are there still issues to be resolved in the src?
