In 2023, a Nirsoft bucket was added to the official list (listed here) - https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Nirsoft

I see that @kodybrown - the owner of this one - left a comment on the discussion around the creation of the official one ScoopInstaller/Scoop#5293 (comment)

Perhaps an update to the readme pointing people to the official one instead?
