Cypher Not Listed in Packages Available for Installation via Package Control #14

Installed Sublime Text then Package Control.

On invoking the packager installer the list of available packages does not include 'Cypher'.

If you are using ST 3 this is intended, because this sadly is a ST 2 plugin.
I was bothered by this only five minutes ago.
