Got it working with the CLI, there was a typo in the url, The file that was downloaded was only 4k because it contained error text (it wasn't a docx file, but rather a txt file with a error wrapped in a docx ext)

It is possible to download this file a stream it in sp-rest-proxy (via expressjs)?

Hey Stephen,

At the moment, no. Because it relies on sp-request (request-promise accordingly) in most routes.
This can be a breaking change for sp-rest-proxy. I'll think out if it's applicable.
