We need a more automated fashion to submit relevance problems or bugs

Instead of having one issue per relevance problem I would create one issue pointing to a different bug database (app) which is then also used to verify the quality of a new import or release.

So very similar to the current integration tests but more user generated (maybe verify requests before adding) and easier to expand on and fix.

Yes, although I do not know much about it :)
I'm thinking of automating the whole process and so a new entry will be immediately recognized for all integration (and life) tests.
