This is the standard checklist to follow when a new release of Kontalk Android client is released.
- Push translations from Weblate
- Merge master into release branch
- Generate apk for release
- Test apk in a fresh virtual environment
- Close release milestone
- Prepare recent changes for Google Play
- Update change log file
- Merge release to master and stable
- Publish to Google Play
- Create release tag via git
- Execute release script (sign and upload to mirrors)
- Create release on GitHub
- Announce on social networks
- Announce on mailing lists
- Desktop client
- FAQ (de, sr, es,)
- The personal key (de, sr, es)
- Export personal key to another device (de, it, nl, sr, es)
