1.标签中的已安装，移到排序里面。实现双筛选，即标签选择系统，排序选择未安装的组合形式
2.搜索框，标签，排序，默认进行一个折叠隐藏，用户点击之后展开这些功能。目的：让界面上显示更多的插件
