Sno was the predecessor to Kart and had a few differences -

how repositories were structured on the file system, and whether you could see the repository internals
its name, which was used it certain config variables etc.

As such, there are some old commands for upgrading both of these -

upgrade-to-tidy upgrades an old repo to a new "tidy" repository where you can't see the internals lying around in the open.
upgrade-to-kart changes the names of some config variables etc.

Both of these commands can be removed.
