Super Simple Shift Manager for Tiny Companies

Premise

A mom & pop shop business (like a popup photo booth) has a small pool of known contractors who they go to when they need a shift filled. Most tools in this space are cumbersome and do too much.

Idea

A very simple app that connects contractors to shifts for a small business. Essentially, it allows the business to post shifts, choose which contractors are eligible and then notify those contractors there's a shift available.

Contractors can then apply (or you can put it on a first-come, first-serve basis). If someone applies but doesn't get the shift they could be placed as the reserve person.
