Kotoのイメージロゴが2018年1月に決定し、Koto運営は今後の利用について以下のように設定する
- 改変自由、CC0として一切の権利を放棄する。改変・加工は利用者の責任において自由。使用によるいかなる損害・損失・第三者と生じた紛争等においてもKoto運営は一切の責任を負わない。個別の素材編集方法等についてもサポートは行わない。商用・非商用に関わらずWeb素材・アプリ素材・印刷物等に利用可能。
- ただし、Kotoの品位を著しく下げるような表示や利用、若しくは公共の利益に反するような表示や利用（ただしこれらに限定されない）等、Koto運営が必要と判断した場合はその表示や利用の停止を求めることがあります。
許可される例：
- ロゴデータを利用してコースターを作成、販売する行為
- ロゴデータにてシールを作り店頭に貼る行為
- ロゴデータを改変してブログに設置する行為
- ロゴデータを改変してソフトに組み込みGithubにプルリクエストする行為
The logo of Koto was decided in January 2018 and we, the Koto Development Team, enact the rules for using the logo as follows.
- The logo can be used and modified freely and we, Koto Development Team, renounce all the rights to the logo as CC0. Any modification and/or processing of the logo is allowed. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, confliction with a third party or any other issues caused by using the logo. We do not supply any support for editing the logo. Regardless of commercial or non-commercial use, the logo is allowed to be used for anything such as any websites, embedded in application software or printed matter.
- Any use of the Koto logo that we, the Koto Development Team assume could damage Koto's reputation and/or public interest can and will be requested to remove or stop the usage of the Koto logo by us.
Examples for allowed us of the Koto logo:
- Selling products with the Koto logo
- Printing out stickers with the logo and putting on your store front
- To modify the logo and put it on your website/blog
- To make a pull request to our Github repository with modified logo embedded into a code
