Is there any way to display scrollbars if the modal content runs off the screen

If the modal content causes the modal to run off the bottom of the screen, the modal content does scroll but there's no scrollbars. If using a basic mouse or trackball this makes scrolling the content very difficult.

Is there any option or "trick" for adding the scrollbars?
