Hi @vrom911 and others,
the compile issues mentioned in #568 occur due to changes in relude 1.0 and also occur on GHC 9.0.2 as available on Arch. They are fixed on summoner/main since 0e93438.
The existing package on Hackage, however, does not have these fixes. As such, a new release is necessary for the Arch repos to upgrade relude. This in turn blocks the upgrade to a newer GHC version.

Thanks for your time!

@vrom911 @tomjaguarpaw A lot has happened since 2023 with several updates. Would you please consider making a Hackage release? That would greatly ease the update for the Arch Linux repos.

Thanks for your continued work!

Unfortunately I cannot do this, as I am not a Hackage maintainer for summoner: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/summoner/maintainers/

I recall that you were supposed to get Hackage permissions. Sad to hear that this hasn't happened as yet.
