Impossible to use with remote storage #9

Hello,

We're using kraken-wp-plugin with a remote S3 compliant storage with S3 Uploads plugin.

Yet, this library is not design to handle such case (which is more and more generic nowadays).

Please make it work with https://github.com/humanmade/S3-Uploads
