Description

The Create Quote Form page currently does not display a shimmer effect during its loading state. This affects the user experience by leaving the page appearing incomplete or unresponsive until all elements are fully loaded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Create Quote page in the application.
2. Observe the page during its loading state.
3. Notice that no shimmer effect is present.

Expected Result

The Create Quote Form page should display a shimmer effect while the page is loading to improve visual feedback and provide a better user experience.

Actual Result

No shimmer effect is visible during the loading state of the page.

Suggested Solution
