Tasks & Artifacts do not refresh #40

Tasks and artifacts do not refresh when created by the agent.

Need to implement:

  • graphql subscription class
  • react hook/component for receiving updates

see useChatMessageSubscription for reference

Artifacts now refresh as of #44 . Tasks still need streaming support.
