get email domain for new web server

Right now Pat has the email domain in an account of his. I have no idea how that stuff works, but we will need to talk to Pat about when and how to get the new web server on the official www.geneplexus.net url.

@ChristopherMancuso Pat would have to transfer the domain to me; I haven't heard anything from him since I asked him. Just pinged him now, and I'll comment here with the result.
